Seattle Immigration Attorney Carol L. Edward
Carol L. Edward Attorney Carol L. Edward, principal of the Law Offices of Carol L. Edward & Associates, P.S., has provided legal services in U.S. Immigration and Citizenship related matters since 1984. She is herself the daughter of immigrants and holds dual citizenship with the United States and Canada. Attorney Edward is engaged in a wide variety of Immigration cases ranging from business related matters to family, asylum, and deportation and removal. She received her J.D. cum laude from Seattle University and her bachelor degree in Business from University of California, Davis. Ms. Edward has a number of published cases within the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Ms. Edward previously served as the Chair of the Washington State Chapter of American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), teaches and participates in continuing legal educational programs on various immigration topics, and is actively involved in non-profit organizations supporting immigrants rights, including the Northwest Immigrants Rights Project, Hate Free Zone, ACLU, and National Immigration Project.

Seattle Immigration Attorney Erin T. Hall
Erin T. Hall graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2003. Her practice includes immigration law as well as criminal defense. Ms. Hall also holds a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law.
Ms. Hall is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and has served on the Executive Committee for the Washington Chapter. She is also a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and is a co-chair of the Washington Staste Bar Association Young Lawyers Division Public Service Committee, where she helps organize public service projects, including a bi-annual pro bono immigration clinic.

Seattle Immigration Attorney Eric P. Lin
Eric P. Lin is an experienced attorney who has been practicing immigration law for the past ten years. He received his undergraduate degree in International Relations from UCLA, is a graduate of the University of Washington, School of Law.
Mr. Lin is an experienced litigator and appellate attorney, having tried countless cases before the Immigration Courts, as well as on appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. His practice also encompasses family and business immigration, as well as a strong focus on political asylum. In addition to his practice, he has dedicated many hours of free legal service to legal clinics, and has successfully represented many clients on a pro bono basis.
Mr. Lin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) and previously served as an officer in the local chapter of AILA. He remains active in the organization and has previously presented at conferences on a variety of immigration issues. He is also a member of the Asian Bar Association of Washington (ABAW).

Seattle Immigration Attorney Leta Sanchez
Leta Sanchez graduated from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2007. Ms. Sanchez practices primarily at the branch office in Mount Vernon, Washington. Her prior immigration experience includes employment with a San Jose based immigration law firm and participation in Santa Clara's immigration law clinic, assisting low income clients.
Ms. Sanchez is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and serves on the New Members Division Committee. She is an active member of the Skagit County Bar Association and helps organize pro bono immigration clinics and outreach programs in the Skagit Valley.
Ms. Sanchez's immigration practice is complimented by her experience in international law. She previously worked at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in San Jose, Costa Rica, studied international law in Geneva, Switzerland and attended the International Institute of Human Rights in Strasbourg, France. Ms. Sanchez is a citizen of Canada and has personal experience with family immigration procedures.
